Do you do electrical wiring?
Yes — electrical works are carried out with our licensed partner contractor, compliant with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements. You deal with one team and one invoice; the wiring is done and certified by licensed hands.
What does the waterproofing warranty cover?
Our written warranty covers the waterproofing membrane against leaks for 1 year from handover. If it leaks, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no disappearing.
Will my house be a mess during the reno?
We lay floor protection along the work path, sheet off the dust, and clear rubbish daily. You'll know we were there from the new bathroom, not the state of your corridor.
